Lead-In Longevity Exercise

Lead-In Longevity Exercise is a Health exercise combining the Chinese Tao exercise and method of foot reflexology to lead chi and blood to make the body to become more flexible. This exercise benefits not only from the speedy effect of the Tao of Foot health method whereby the nervous system is transmitting message at a speed of 120 metres per second. It also harmonises with the Chinese Tao Lead-In Exercise which had been highly regarded historically and recognised for its fabulous medical benefits. The co-ordinating and harmonising effects are a fantastic breakthrough.
